Hello!

My name is Amanda.  I am a 33 year old mother of two beautiful little girls.  Sydney is 12 and Olivia is 7 months (I've posted their picture below).  Yes, I know, big age difference.   I am with Jake, the love of my life (who happens to be 9 years my junior, lol).  I am store manager at a convenience store for a company that I have been with for 13 years now.  Jake works in the warehouse for a bottling company.  Sydney is in her first year of middle school and Olivia, well, she just kinda chills out around the house all day.  Me and Jake work opposite shifts which means we don't see each other a whole bunch (thank goodness we both have weekends off!) but we save a ton of money in childcare.

My life, while probably not as busy as some, seems very hectic to me.  I have a limited amount of time to do things.  And as a procrastinator this is NOT a good thing lol.  My ongoing goal is to become very organized. I'm doing somewhat ok with this right now, but it could be so much better.

My goal with this blog is just basically to get this stuff down in writing so that maybe I can make more sense of it.  I also think it would be something fun to look back on at a later time to see just where I was at a certain point.  I doubt many people will read it but hope the ones that do enjoy it.  My life is not all that exciting, but it is mine.
